Huggins Elementary
Huggins Elementary understands the need to promote a healthy and educational fundraiser to our students while respecting parents repeated requests for an easy no-nonsense approach to helping us reach our budget goals. Our students are encouraged to fundraise for the Hound Hustle beginning November 1st, and the following 2.5 weeks, to raise funds for school-based initiatives including improvements to our current Computer and Science Labs to provide collaborative learning spaces for our students; as well as, professional development opportunities for staff. With a focus of educational and personal health for our students, we are also including a Turkey Trot Food Drive this year to share in the responsibility to our local community. There will be a House Color competition on how many cans are donated. We are asking for each student, teacher and staff member to donate a minimum of 2 cans. These donations will be met with a fundraiser match from Anthonie's Market Grill. So bring on the cans Nov. 1st - 15th! At the conclusion of the fundraiser the students will get to celebrate with the 4th Annual Hound Hustle Turkey Trot Fun Run on campus scheduled for November 17th.
