It’s Turkey Trot time at PES! Turkey Trot is Potomac Elementary School’s annual school-wide wellness event in which all students are invited to participate in a fun run on November 17th at 2 PM! Register your student under their homeroom (AM) teacher. Students may earn entries into a drawing for individual prizes, like gift cards and passes to local kids activities and stores, by participating in the fun run and by logging Acts of Peace during the registration window. EXAMPLES OF ACTS OF PEACE - Help a neighbor bring in her groceries - Write letters to local children’s hospital - Clean up trash at a local park or your school - Help a neighbor find their lost dog - Bring in a non-perishable food or household item to benefit our Sister School, Highland Elementary
