The start of school, warm weather, football season and of course……The Miles for Maple Grove Fun Run! I had so much fun experiencing all of the greatness surrounding our fall event last year, and I can’t wait for this year’s event on Friday, Oct. 4th! This fall fundraiser is an exciting activity with a blend of wellness, prizes, laughter, community, and a lot of fun. We understand that circumstances vary with every family in regard to fundraising and financial support. We simply ask each family to consider a donation amount that works for their family, and we appreciate all levels of support! Our Maple Grove PTO has been so generous to our school in the past by supporting us with items such as recess equipment, furniture, school and classroom libraries, staff t-shirts, meals for staff, and so much more. And our big project of the year.... our very first Outdoor Classroom! Have you seen the first stage of it? I can't wait to see the finished project with cool plants, beautiful scenery, seating and an awesome shade structure. But we need your help to make it a reality for our students and community! We are so grateful for you as our community and family partners, and we are excited for another successful fun run! Dr. Graham Jones, Principal
