We are thrilled to announce our annual Jog-a-Thon fundraiser on October 10, a fun and healthy way for our students to raise money for our school community!
**Why do we have the Jog-a-Thon?**
The funds raised through this event are crucial for enhancing the educational experience of our students. The money will be split equally to support two essential areas:
1. **For Our Teachers:** Half of the funds will go directly to our dedicated teachers, providing them with the resources they need to create enriching learning environments and offer unique student opportunities.
2. **For Our School:** The other half will support school-wide initiatives, improvements, and programs that benefit all students. This includes everything from technology upgrades to new learning materials and more.
Your support makes a huge difference! Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue to provide the best possible education for our children.

We’re excited to announce some fantastic incentives for our Jog-a-Thon participants. Here’s what you can earn by helping us reach our fundraising goals:
1. **Register:** Get an Alameda Tigers ROAR! Pencil or a P.A.W.S. Pencil just for signing up! ✏️
2. **$10 Donation:** Receive a custom water bottle sticker!
3. **$50 Donation:** You’ll be invited to this year’s **DJ Dance Party** on **November 14th**! 🎶
4. **$150 Donation:** Get an exclusive **Jog-A-Thon shirt** to wear with pride! 👕
5. **$300 Donation:** Join Dr. Stanley for a **Pizza/Movie Party** on **October 23, 2024**! Plus, the first 50 students to reach this amount will receive a FREE Trunk to Trunk Ticket for **November 1st** from Alameda P.T.A.! 🍕🎬
6. **$500 Donation:** Have the chance to **Pie/Slime** Dr. Stanley and Mrs. Curcio at Tiger Pride! 🥧😆
7. **$750 Donation:** Score an exclusive **Alameda Hoodie** courtesy of Mrs. Donahue! 🧥
8. **Top Fundraisers:**
- **Top Student in Each Grade + 4 Top Students:** Enjoy 2 hours in a **GAME TRUCK**! 🕹️ (Dates: T.B.D.)
- **Top 4 Students:** Have lunch with the principal at **Lazy Dog** on **October 29th**! 🍔
- **Top Student Overall:** Choose the **Spirit Day theme** and be **Principal for the Day** on **October 30th**! 🎉
