Wayside Elementary School
The Wayside Walkathon is the school's biggest fundraiser! These funds have allowed our school to continue to fulfill teacher requests and stipends. As our school population has grown, WPSA has been able to maintain the fieldtrip budgets for our students despite the rising cost of things like transportation. The family events of fall 2024 - Bingo Night, Superhero Night, and Little Miss were FREE by the use of Walkathon funds. Most recently, the new playground equipment was partly funded by this fundraiser. For the last four years, students have exceeded the school goal and raised over $40,000. We hope to do it again!
