Homestead Elementary
The Homestead DASH will be held Friday, September 5th. This annual event is the LARGEST PTCO fundraiser of the year! The funds raised are used to pay for Teaching Assistants, classroom and school resources, community events and so much more!
The DASH is a great way to bring our community together to show our spirit and invest in our school. Students will run laps during their designated time to raise money for our school. Students are encouraged to raise $150, but can SOAR by raising $250. Parents are welcome and encouraged to come cheer on their runners!

- FIRST PLACE (for the student who raises the most funds): Winner receives first choice among the three Grand Prizes AND gets to be principal for a day!!
- SECOND PLACE (for the student who raises the second most funds): Winner receives their choice between the remaining two Grand Prizes AND gets to be assistant principal for a day!!
- THIRD PLACE (for the student who raises the third most funds): Winner receives the remaining Grand Prize.
GRAND PRIZES
- 4 tickets to any Rapids Game plus $100 gift card to spend at the FAN store
- One Night Stay at Great Wolf Lodge plus $200 gift card to spend at the Lodge

CLASS PRIZES
Highest Earning Class (highest dollar amount earned as seen on website leaderboard): $100 Amazon Gift Card for you to use on your classroom and a class party.
Highest Earning Class (highest percent to goal based on class size): $100 Amazon Gift Card for you to use on your classroom and a class party. You will also get a trophy to be kept in your room for the entire year.
Class with the Highest % of Participation: $100 Amazon Gift Card for you to use on your classroom and a class party. You will also get a trophy to be kept in your room for the entire year.
Grade Level Highest Amount Raised (percent to goal): Each student will get a treat and an extra recess.
Floating Spirit Trophy: The trophy goes to the classroom with the highest earning amount or best participation for a few days.
SCHOOLWIDE CHALLENGE
If we receive a donation from each of the 50 states in addition to meeting the school wide goal of $55,000 we will celebrate with a school-wide celebration!
