Fun Fitness is a tradition at PES going back more than 20 years! We are excited to continue the tradition this year and to share details about our biggest (and most fun) PTA fundraiser of the year!
What is Fun Fitness? It’s a high-energy day where students get to head outside and participate in awesome, interactive field games and fun activities like obstacle courses and relay races during their regularly scheduled UA periods. It's always a favorite day for students! Our school Panther Mascot, Midnight, will even be there to cheer them on this year!
Here’s how it works-
The goal is to raise money through flat donations (not per lap or per game) to fund lots of incredible student experiences throughout the year! The PTA sponsors events like grade-level fun nights, the Holiday Shop, and class field trips as well as many opportunities to show appreciation for our hard-working PES teachers and staff. Last year, over $14,000 of this money went to class field trips alone! Our goal this year is $25,000 and we’d love to surpass it! How can you help? We’re so happy you asked! Families can help by sharing donation pages far and wide- every dollar raised goes directly back to the school to benefit our students and staff. We appreciate every bit of your support, we could not do this without you!
The big event is Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (rain date October 9). Let’s get moving, have some fun and support our amazing students, teachers and staff!
