River Birch Elementary PTO understands the need to promote a healthy and educational fundraiser to our students while respecting parents' requests for an easy no-nonsense approach to helping us reach our budget goals. All donations are tax deductible.
Our goal is to raise funds so we may provide additional opportunities for our students and staff they would not normally receive at school.
The PTO fundraiser supports the purchase of playground equipment, teacher grants that support school-based experiences, family/community events such as our Ice Cream Social, Literacy Night, and a variety of other experiences.
CASH/CHECK DONATIONS (In-School Donations)Donors may also choose to donate via cash/check. Please send in-school donations to your child's teacher in a sealed envelope with your child's first and last name, donor's name, parent's email address, parent's name, donation amount.

Parent Registration Instructions
- Register for the fundraiser or login to your parent dashboard here
- On the parent dashboard, make sure your child has been successfully added to our fundraising event
- Share, easily send at least 10 text messages and/or E-mails, plus post on social media

Donation Rewards and Incentives
- School raises $5,000 = Hat day!
- School raises $10,000 = Pj and stuffed animal day!
- School raises $15,000 = Pie a teacher! If more than $15,000 is raised, more teachers will be added to the pie list!
Classroom Incentives: - 100% of classroom registered= free recess!
- Each classroom that reaches its classroom goal will win an Amazon Shopping spree for classroom materials!
Individual incentives:
- Once registered, you are entered into a raffle for a needoh/squishy (one per grade).
- Earn $25- get a glow slap bracelet!
- Everyone who earns $100- gets to silly string a teacher!
- RB Superstar- Students who earn $200 or more will receive a trip to Culver’s( permission slip needed) for some ice cream!
- Our top earning student will receive a Needoh/squishy basket, filled with all of the best squishes!
