John E. Ford Pre K-8 School
John E. Ford is excited to host the 3rd Annual Montessori Marathon this year during Field Day. During the event, students will run the track and receive rewards for laps completed all while raising money for their school.
Why does JEF PTA need to raise money?
This year we are working on several large projects that require funds.
- Building a new chicken coop.
- Creating a new school garden
- Playground shade
These project will all require contributions from parents, families, and corporate donors.
Some examples of smaller contributions by the PTA include:
- First day of school Boo-Hoo breakfast
- IXL software subscription
- Black History Showcase
- Turkey Trot
- Winter Chorus performance
- Hispanic Heritage Night
- Fall Festival
- Coffee with PTA
- Meals for teacher appreciation week
- Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances
These events and projects are what make our school great. Please consider contributing so that our students can have a great year.
