Get ready—our Oakwood Fun Run is coming up on October 7th! 🎉 This year’s theme is Monster Mash Dash, so students will enjoy some fun props and activities while they run, laugh, and cheer each other on.
Our school-wide goal is to raise $15,000—and every dollar goes right back to supporting our kids. The funds will help bring exciting events like the Spring Extravaganza, Classroom supplies, assemblies (like Basketball Jones!), and field trips to life.Â
What do the funds get used for?
~Offset the costs of field trips, kindergarten shirts, DJ for events, prizes, popsicles, recess equipment. Holiday ornaments, parent/teacher conferences meals, school assemblies, classroom teacher needs, Earth day butterflies and many more!
The Fun Run isn’t just about fundraising—it’s about promoting a healthy lifestyle, building school spirit, and keeping our efforts educational and fun for students.
